Cooking Directions:
To prepare this ultra cheesy artichoke dip recipe, you will first need to take out a baking dish, and grease it with the extra virgin olive oil. Once you are done with that, you will want to preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, or 175 degrees Celsius. Now while your oven is heating, take out a food processor, and plug it in. I use a Hamilton Beach food processor, and highly recommend it. Next add into the food processor the artichoke hearts, cream cheese, mayonnaise, skim milk, parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, Tillamook cheddar cheese, gouda cheese, table salt, ground black pepper, and the cranberry pepper jelly. Hit the pulse button a few times, until your artichoke dip is smooth and consistent, while still a little on the chunky side. Next spoon into the casserole dish all of the mixed dip, making sure to scrape the sides of the processor well, so that you do not waste any of these fine ingredients. Next slide the casserole dish into the oven, and bake the dip for roughly twenty minutes, or until the cheese begins to bubble a little. Let the dip cool for about ten minutes before you serve it. Serve with it a box of Reduced Fat Wheat Thins, or some Lay's Baked Potato Crisps. I served this at a friends 50 year anniversary party with the best beer on available on earth, Trappist Westvleteren 12. I was a popular person that day.
