Cooking Directions:
Crockpot artichoke dip is really easy to prepare. First take out your food processor, and add into it the artichoke hearts, pepperoni bites, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, lemon juice, red onion, mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and sweet and sour sauce. Pulse the food processor until you have a very chunky but consistent dip artichoke mixture. Next spoon all of your delicious artichoke dip into a crock pot. I use a Rival brand crock pot slow cooker, and it works very well for hot dips. Once all of your dip mixture is in the pot, cook it on medium for about an hour. Stir once at around the half hour marker. Serve warm with a large bag of Fritos Original Corn Chips, or a bag of Cabo Chips Natural Gourmet Corn Tortilla Chips.
