Cooking Directions:
This is a very unique original artichoke dip recipe, prepared especially for the holiday season. To begin, you will first need to preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, or 175 degrees Celsius. Next take out a medium size casserole dish, and grease it with two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil. Next take out a food processor and plug it in, then add into it your artichoke hearts, parsley, cream cheese, ranch dressing dry mix, roasted red peppers, cranberry sauce, lemon juice, and onion powder. Pulse the food processor until you have a consistent chunky artichoke dip. If you want it smooth and creamy instead, pulse it further. Next take out a spoon, and add all of the dip into the casserole dish, making sure you leave none behind. Once you are done there, slide the casserole dish into the oven, and bake it for roughly twenty five minutes, or until you notice the cheese starting to bubble, or the surface of the dip turning golden in color. Slide the dish out of the oven, and let it sit for ten minutes before serving. Serve it with a bag of Tostitos Bite Size Gold Tortilla Chips, or a box of Glutino Gluten Free Cheddar Crackers.
