Cooking Directions:
This is the perfect artichoke dip recipe for anyone who loves seafood. To begin the preparation process, you will first need to preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, or 175 degrees Celsius. Next take out your food processor and plug it in. From here you will want to add into the food processor the artichoke hearts, seasoned cooked peeled shrimp, American cheddar cheese, garlic salt, parmesan cheese, green onions, light mayo, paprika, and finally the lemon juice. Once you have all of these fresh tasty ingredients in your processor, pulse it several times, until you have a consistent even and chunky artichoke dip mixture. Next take out a casserole dish, and grease it well with the truffle infused olive oil. Once that step is done, start spooning into your casserole dish the artichoke dip, making sure you get it all in there. Your oven will probably be well heated by now, so go ahead and slide the casserole dish into the oven, and bake the dip for half an hour, or until the cheese starts to slightly bubble. Remove the dish from the oven, and let it cool down for ten minutes. For dipping serve with a box of Late July Organic Classic Rich Crackers.
